01. Who handles your information?

02. Your enquiries and orders

Order buttons open WhatsApp directly. No sales lead or enquiry reference is created automatically in the website database. You decide whether to send the prepared message.

The prepared message may include your plan, term, number of screens, price and currency, and the 18+ package if selected. This information is sent to WhatsApp when its link opens.

For order management, the operator may record customer or reseller references, amounts, payment references, access-delivery status and refunds. The site has no card-entry form.

Direct links and technical data

Trial, quote, support and reseller links open WhatsApp directly without automatically creating a website record. The operator may then manually record a reseller enquiry once received.

To limit abusive requests to website interfaces, the server processes the connection IP address. The website’s Cloudflare protection stores a pseudonymised identifier and a temporary counter, without recording the IP address in plain text in that counter.

03. What is this information used for?

To prepare your enquiry, answer questions and manage orders, payments, top-ups and support. Status changes are logged so an operation’s history can be traced.

04. WhatsApp, hosting and images

WhatsApp is an external service. Opening its link sends that service the information needed to start the conversation and the prepared message in the URL. Sending the message remains your choice. WhatsApp’s own processing is also governed by its privacy policy.

Records are intended for the operator and authorised people needed to handle them. The website and its images are served by Cloudflare. Loading them sends the host your IP address and the technical information needed to respond to the request.

05. Cookies and audience measurement

The current version uses no analytics cookies, advertising pixels, audience measurement tools or local storage to track browsing. Animation preferences only last while the page is open.

Adding measurement tools will require updating this notice and, where necessary, collecting visitors’ choices before activating them.

06. Retention and security

Administration access is protected. Records and payment references are not accessible through public pages. The reporting interface intended for automation receives filtered aggregates, not conversations or payment evidence.

Recorded data is not deleted automatically. For questions about its retention or requests for deletion, reach the operator through the Contact page.

07. Requests about your information

Contact the operator to request access, correction or erasure, or to ask about other rights applicable to your situation. Include a reference that helps locate your record; do not send identity documents or bank details unsolicited.
